Put limits ahead of play
Decide what you can afford to lose after essential expenses, and set a time limit before a session. Do not borrow to gamble or treat gambling as income. Use the operator’s deposit, loss and session controls where available. Leave when the limit is reached, even if a bonus is unfinished.
Notice when the experience changes
Chasing losses, hiding spending, repeatedly extending sessions or gambling with money needed elsewhere are reasons to pause. You do not need to wait for a crisis to ask for help. Talking to a trusted person or an independent support service can be a useful first step.
Create space for a break
Use time-out or self-exclusion controls at the operator. Ask your bank whether a gambling-payment block is available, and consider device-blocking tools. Do not open an account at a different casino to get around an exclusion. A new brand does not resolve the reason for taking a break.
Independent support
Gambling Therapy provides international support and information. Gamblers Anonymous offers peer-support meeting information. Local services and exclusion schemes vary by country; use the resources below to find help that fits your location. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service.
Adults only
This site is for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher legal gambling age where they live. Keep accounts and devices inaccessible to children, do not share credentials and avoid leaving an active casino session open on a shared device.
